①なんと言っても俊輔さんの目の前のお席でした。
お魚さんを目の前にしたときのきらりとした目。
すっと気持よく切り込まれる包丁さばき。
しっかりすべてのお客さんへの気遣いを忘れない目配り、心配り。
心地よい会話
そして、たまにぐっと見つめていただいたり‥
