夕飯メニュー
①前菜
・名残り鮎と楽京煮浸し
・卸和え
・枝豆葛寄せ
②御椀「清汁仕立」
③お造り(鮃、鯛、鮪、帆立貝)
④のど黒姿塩釜焼
一番美味しかった!!
あぶらがのっていて絶品。
付け合せの煮梅も甘くて美味しい。
⑤田舎のっぺ
柚子の香りがするやさしい味。
⑥油物
蟹湯葉巻き上げ、伏見唐辛子、舞茸
抹茶塩でいただきました。
ごはんは新米。岩室産コシヒカリ
ごはんのおともに、「きりあい」
岩室の伝統郷土料理。
3年熟成させた大根の味噌漬けに柚子と胡麻を合わせたもの。
こちらも美味しかったです。
デザートはレガーロのジェラート。
濃厚なミルクでした。
