1Fがさい賀。同じビルの2Fに、同じ経営の高級料亭かめ清がある。
高級料亭かぁ…いつか2Fで飯を食う日は来るんだろうか…
今回はなんとアルコールなし(!)で4千円コース。
本日の一品という事で"炙り〆サバ"が出てきましたが…
これが大変素晴らしい絶品の逸品。
これだけ食べてに来てもいいくらい。
茶碗蒸しも相変わらず素晴らしいし、
秋刀魚ごはんも腰を抜かすほど美味しい。
出汁や香りの出し方が繊細でかつ大胆なんですよ。
なんだろう…どの料理を食べても素材の味が生きてる感じ。
これぞ熟練した職人の技なんだなぁと思います。
この価格でこのレベルの料理を食べられる店はナカナカ無いんじゃないでしょうか?

いつもの一人飲み。
川反をぶらついて適当な店に入ってみるが食べログで評判の良い店はどこも一杯。
予約してまで一人飲みってなんかなぁ、みたいな独り言言いながらここに来ると
「今日はコースしかないですけど良いですか?一番高いコースだと5000円からです」とのこと。
コースと言われると高級料亭くらいの金額を想像するけど意外とリーズナブル。
料理はどれも想像以上に美味く、特に今回は"枝豆の茶碗蒸し"が美味かった!
蓋を開けるなり枝豆の強烈な香りが立ち上ってくる。
食べてみるとなんとチーズとワサビを合わせている!こりゃ美味い。
こんなの食ったことないし意外性があって楽しい。
価格帯が普通の居酒屋よりちょい高めに思えるけど、
これだけ楽しい料理が出てくれば全然割高感は感じない。
用途も広いし、いずれまた来ることになりそうだ。
