最初に出されたのが普通のガリと
生姜を甘辛く煮た物で生姜とは思えない柔らかな黒ガリよ

ハタのお刺身はもっちりと美味しい
タラバの外子がプチプチと良いね
塩釜の大トロは脂がくどくなく柚子を効かせてお塩でいただく
これは美味しい♫
普段は絶対に赤身派だけどこれは好き
シャリは赤酢のブレンドで酸味が尖ってなくバランスが良い
握りを食べて日本酒飲んで黒ガリで口直しで日本酒飲んでを繰り返すパラレルワールドだわ
揚げ浸しはふりかけたマグロ節の香りが強く
赤茄子が瑞々しくニシンはしっかりした身で食べ応えあるよ
生姜の効いた毛蟹の茶碗蒸しは驚きの熱さ!
エアコン効いた室内でで熱々の茶碗蒸しとは乙なもの
宮城の穴子の柔らかさは別格で
これを握るなんてアンビリーバボね
口に入れた瞬間に穴子が溶けてなくなるよ
メロンとマスカット食べながら白ワインで〆る
大将はとても柔かで居心地が良いわ
満席のカウンターを一人で回してるのに
ご自慢の黒ガリも少なくなればスッと置いてくれる気配りも忘れない
