怪しいグルメ探検隊in松山。
年末は愛媛県遠征。道後温泉の旅館が確保できなかったので市内のホテルに泊まって浮いたお金で美味しい物を食べようと、今夜の夕食は松山市内にある和食のお店「草庵田なか」に行ってきました。ミシュラン星獲得のお店、期待も高まります。
お店に入って二階の個室に案内されました。なかなか良い雰囲気ですね。今回いただいたのは税込16,500円のコースです。
お酒は愛媛の地酒、媛一会の純米吟醸をいただきます。
先付けは松葉蟹のジュレがけ。カットしたりんごの食感風味が良いですね。
八寸はあん肝、ナマコ、自家製カラスミなど。
椀物は蕪のすり流し。白子、真鯛、柚子の風味のアクセント。
お造りの盛り合せは、よこわ鮪、ふぐ、烏賊、平貝でした。どれも新鮮で美味しいです。
抱き合わせは鴨と大根、下仁田葱。
焼物は太刀魚、牡蠣に原木椎茸。
続いて伊予牛のローストに雲丹乗せ。これも美味しい!
揚げ物には真魚鰹、銀杏、百合根。
最後はやはり鯛めし。
松山の旅を締めくくるに相応しいお料理でした。大変美味しゅうございました。
