仲の良い食べ友さんからお誘い頂き、初訪問しました(^^)♪
しかしながら平日の夜に東京へのお誘いとなると考えてしまいますが、慣れというものは怖いもので、予約困難店で気になっていたお店となるとそうそう考えること無く参加しますと手が勝ってに動いてました

『銀座きた川』は『銀座しのはら』の2号店として2022年9月に開業☆
北川店主は滋賀に有った『日本料理しのはら』さん時代に篠原大将に師事を受け、篠原大将が『銀座しのはら』へ変わられた後、滋賀のお店を引き継ぎ、『日本料理 きた川』として営業されてました。
その後、『香港しのはら』の大将を務める予定でしたがコロナ禍となり、先行き不透明の為、出店を断念して、『銀座しのはら』の2号店という位置付けで直ぐ近くに『銀座きた川』を開業されたとの事☆
また、北川店主に加え『銀座しのはら』から数名の料理人が加わり、4人の料理人でのスタートとなったそうです☆
先に訪問されたお店事情に詳しいフォロワーさんのレビューによると、4人の料理人のチームワークが素晴らしく美味しいお店と伺い、楽しみに訪問しました

開店時間まで時間が有った為、東京駅から歩いてお店に行きました。
高架下のディープな飲み屋街を通り抜けて、銀座の中心街へ行くと何やら道路沿いに警察やらSPらしき方が何人も見えて緊張した雰囲気が有りましたが、どうやらこの日は岸田総理と韓国大統領との懇親会があるとの事で、なるほどと納得。
この日は歩き移動でしたので通行止め無くお店に到着。
しばらくしてお誘い頂いた食べ友さんとお店前で合流して外の様子を伺ってから無事にお店へ入店♪
カウンターに全員お客さんが揃ったところでコーススタートです♪

コースが始まるやいなや、照明が落とされて、蝋燭の揺らぐ灯りに照らされた立派な八寸の登場です♪
最初何事かと思いましたが、凝った演出に内心ドキドキ(笑)
八寸に始まり出てくる料理全てが美味しい(^^)♪
いつもよりお酒のペースが早いのが何よりの証拠(笑)
4人の料理人がそれぞれの持ち場を担当しながら、入れ替わりたち変わり目の前で調理を行いながら料理の提供スピードもストレスフリー(^^)♪
『銀座きた川』が特に素晴らしいと感じたのは、4人の料理人以外の方はおられないので、料理だけでなく後片付けやサーブも全て4人でまかなっているとの事☆
一般的には役割が決まっているお店が多い中で、このようなチーム体制のお店に来たのは初めてでしたので、かなり気になりました(´∀`)♪
北川店主は主に全体の料理の進行チェックやお客さんとの接客を多くこなされて、調理は他の料理人の方が代わる代わる担当されてる感じでしたので、お店の雰囲気が和やかな雰囲気を醸されていました♪
基本的にカウンターでお店の大将や料理人の方と少しばかり話をしたいタイプなので、きた川さんのカウンターライブを楽しみながら美味しい料理とお薦めの日本酒を堪能しました(^^)♪
最後の〆となる天ぷら料理となると、真打ち登場といった感じで、北川店主がカウンター目の前に有る揚げ場で、天ぷら料理をする姿は、正に、きた川劇場のクライマックス‼️(´∀`)♪
しかも、きた川開業前には、天ぷらの名店『成生』で修行されて、天ぷら鍋も成生譲りとか⁉️
天ぷらを揚げる北川店主の所作に目を奪われつつ、提供された天ばらと天たまご飯を頂きましたが、歯切れの良い天ぷらの美味しさもさることながら、全ての料理に対しての拘りが有り、その味わいは格別に美味しかったです(^^)♪
大将が中心となって調理、提供されるコース料理では一貫のストーリーが楽しめますが、銀座きた川では個性的な4人の料理人の技が融合したオリジナルコースといった趣き☆
今までは大将メインのコース料理のお店が好みでしたが、銀座きた川チームでしか味わえない、オリジナルコース料理も好きだと思える素晴らしさでした

もう既に半年先まで予約満席との事でその人気ぶりに納得ですが、今後更に予約困難店になる事、想像に難くないお店でした♪
