一番好きなお鮨屋さんです☆
昨年より名古屋観光ホテルの最上階に移転されてから、ますます予約が取りづらくなり、今では、18時の席は年に一度のお楽しみとなりました。
天木大将は地元の半田市出身という事で、同郷という事もあり、これからも末長く通いたい唯一無二のお店です♪
いつもお世話になっている方々をお誘いして、移転してから3回目の訪問となりました。
天木大将は東京の名だたるお店で修行されており、その中でも、すし匠さんのスタイルを色濃く継承されていて、つまみと握りが交互に出てくるので、他のお店より多くの品数にも関わらず、最後まで美味しく頂けるのは、まさに、あま木マジックw
今回の訪問時は直近で海がかなりしけっていて、ネタの仕入れが思うようにいかなかった事を天木大将から最初に告げられましたが、そんなことは全く感じさせないコース内容に、改めてあま木さんのおもてなしを感じる事が出来ました

地物を中心に寝かせたネタから新鮮なネタまで、やはり唯一無二のお鮨屋さん☆
お酒も季節に合わせた夏酒は清涼感を感じるお酒は飲みやすくて美味しい♪( ´▽`)
天木大将の地元☆亀崎で21年ぶりに復活した日本酒☆敷島を飲むのがあま木さんでのお約束となりましたが、大将のお薦めとしては出てこずに、置いてある種類も少ないのですが、そこは知る人ぞ知る秘蔵酒という事でしょうか(笑)
昨年から7月の訪問が続いたので、来年は少し季節をずらして訪問したいなと、既に来年のその時に想いを馳せるw
