すすきのにあるカウンター席のみの隠れ家的な創作料理店。
まず、しめ鯖サラダ、セロリと豚のリエット、シカのロースト、豚舌燻製焼き締めを注文。どれも美味しく、素材の味が活かされていて、ワインがどんどん進みます。
追加でナス揚げ生ハムとトウモロコシのフリットを注文。揚げナスにクリームチーズと生ハムを組み合わせた一品が最高でした。
