不惑を迎えてはじめての晩御飯に選んだのは蔵前のお寿司屋「幸鮓」さん。当日の予約でしたが、快く迎えていただきました。
基本的にはお任せコースのみで、お寿司のコース10,000円とお寿司+おつまみのコース15,000円のいづれかですが、そうそう食べに来れないだろうと清水の舞台から飛び降りるつもりで15,000円を選びました。
瓶ビールで乾杯してからは、大将が手際良く料理を出してくれます。数の子でスタートしますが、2品目に生しらすのような一皿が。
のれそれ?? なにそれ??

というか、のれそれという名前も初めて聞きました。
ビールの後は芋焼酎に切り替えて、佐藤(黒)の水割りを頂きましたり大将が酒飲みのようで、さすがお酒に合う料理が多い。ぐびぐび飲んじゃいますね。
さて、肝心のお寿司です。
イカでスタートしますが、ねっとりしすぎない歯切れの良さと旨味、う、うまい。
お任せのいいところは普段は頂かないネタを頂けるとこですね。青柳や蒸し海老なんかは頼まないもんなー。
カジキって水っぽいというか味が薄いイメージでしたが、いただいたマカジキは旨味がギュッとしていて本当に美味い。いや、何もかもうまかったんだけど、いちばんは煮はまぐりかなー!
ハレノヒじゃなきゃ来れないけど、また必ず食べにくるべきお店に出会えました。
