昨年は感染症対策で無念の休業でしたが
今年は念願のかなって紫光のお寿司を味わえました。
◆中トロ
一貫目から中トロ。
いきなり美味しい中トロに驚きましたが、
マグロを中心に組み立てていないところから、
他のお寿司への自信が表れています。
食べごろ。ねっとりと熟成したマグロの旨みが
口いっぱいに広がります。
◆鯛の湯引き
皮のコリッとした食感に鯛のさっぱりした味わい。
◆ヒラメ
ヒラメの食感た甘さがいいですね。こちらは鮮度がとても良かったです。
◆あら
九州の白身の代表ですね。お寿司は初めてでした。
◆ヒラメの昆布〆
ヒラメに昆布の旨みとマグロ節で更に味に深みが出ています。感動的に美味しいです。
◆アオリイカ
マスターの包丁技で口でとろけるイカになってます。
凄い。驚きです。
◆マグロ
こちらも丁度良い熟成具合でマグロの旨みが口いっぱいに広がります。
◆車海老
茹で加減よく、口でほろっとほどけます。
◆雲丹
赤ウニがたっぷり。ランチのお値段(5000円)でウニを入れてくれるのは、嬉しいですね。
◆アオヤギ
貝のコリコリ感と美味しいツメがベストマッチ。
◆穴子
シャリを包み込む煮穴子が口で溶けてます。お代わりで追加です。

美しい握りです。酢の締め具合が堪りません。
◆鯵
旨みたっぷりの鯵に、紫蘇を絡め、塩と胡麻でいただきました。絶品です。
鹿児島で素晴らしいお寿司と素敵なお人柄の大将に出会えて、幸せいっぱいです。
