宝来さんについて、なんか忘れているなー、って気になっておりました私。
そうそう、前回の2度目の訪問の際に購入したカラスミ。こいつを解凍して食ったわけです。
いやもうびっくりのうまさ。素人が普通に解凍して皮を剥いて食べるだけですけど、これはかなりのもの。いろんな人にも食べてもらいましたが、皆さん大好評でした。写真の量の5倍くらいで5500円だからそんなにお高くもござません。
京都でいうと、La casaさんの合谷君が作るものと双璧ですな。
また今度も持って帰ろう。
