料理の鉄人時代に陳建一氏に勝利し
アイアンシェフ時代に中華のアイアンシェフとなられた脇屋友嗣氏。
本来2代目、中華の鉄人に決定されていましたが、その前に番組が終了してしまい、後継番組と言われるアイアンシェフにて起用されたそう。
YouTuberとしても活躍され、
その温かみのある表現や幅広い料理のレパートリーから、大変好きなシェフでした。
ご経歴としては赤坂の山王飯店を皮切りに様々なお店で修行され、1996年にトゥーランドット游仙境の代表取締役総料理長に就任されました。
その後店舗展開もされ、現在脇屋氏のお料理を直接頂けるのが、こちらGinza 脇屋さんとなります。
オープンキッチンで憧れのシェフがお料理されている姿を見られただけでも感動し、そして食材やお料理の説明をいただくのですが、まさに感無量のひと時。
8席程のプレミアムシート。
中華料理にフランス料理の要素を取り入れたヌーベルシノワの先駆者である脇屋さんのお料理は大変刺激的でした。
特選素材を活かされながら、素材へのアプローチも多種多様。
上海蟹の季節であったため
絶品上海蟹が多く登場しましたが、
