キャピトル東急さんの中の「星ケ岡」さんで、凄いディナーを食べてきました。
中華料理のオーダーブッフェです。
価格はもちろんお高こうございますので、価格以上に食べなくちゃ、、、です。
ちなみにお酒の価格も平行して、お高い、、、ビールは2000円以上だし、焼酎も1300円以上、、でした。
炒飯等炭水化物はやめて、只管高級食材に狙いを定めて、、、。
フカヒレ、鮑、伊勢エビ、牛肉、蟹、北京ダック、金目鯛、、などなど。
フカヒレ、こんなボリュームを食べたのは初めて、、スープもしっかり濃いめでフカヒレの厚みを際立たせます。
鮑はクリーム煮が鮑の味を消してない、、鮑柔らかく下処理されています。
伊勢エビの黒豆ソース、これ美味しい。
北京ダックはちょっとダックが少な目でした。
ライチのシャーベットが爽やかに締めてくれました。
全体的に、万人が好むホテル中華の王道のお味、どの品も満足できました。
これでもか、の高級食材のオンパレード。
それを考えると1人2万弱は価格相応なんでしょうけど、、、貧乏人にとっては、かなりやり過ぎたなぁ、、、と言う感じですが、一生に一度だろうから、、、。
