普段気にもしていないが、いつの間にか、やつがれの投稿数が498であることを確認してしまった。
ということで、500回記念は今一番食べたいものを食べることに決めたのだが、その一回前として、こちらも大好きなお店さんへ。というのも、この日ちょうど門前仲町に立ち寄る事になっており、門仲に行くのであれば、一択である。
9ヶ月前にお邪魔して、衝撃を受けたあじふらい再びである。

ピークを外して正解である。
さぁ、とくとアジあわせて頂こうか、てしおにかけたあじふらいを。
◾️てしお あじふらい4貫 (税込 2,420円)
まず、アジカツ(大ぶりのあじふらい)の有無を確認し、残念ながら本日は入っていないとのことで、4貫のてしおを選択。
タレは黒せっと (わさびしょうゆ、しょうがしょうゆ、ぽんずの3種)
衣は粗挽きで。
羽釜炊きご飯が間違いないことは分かっているが、断腸の想いでご飯は無しとして頂いた。
前回お邪魔した時からとても丁寧な女性スタッフさんより、まずはサラダをお運び頂いた。
葉物とくずきり(だと思われる)が入っており、胡麻ベースに醤油がミックスされたドレッシングが深みと良い塩味である。
次に、お漬物が添えられた、あじふらいが提供されるお皿、黒せっととお味噌汁が載った膳をお届け頂く。お味噌汁は、ワカメの優しいお味噌汁である。
そしていよいよ、先行の2貫が降臨し、見た目でもう幸せである。1貫を箸で割って半分づつ。まずはしょうゆをちょっぴりつけてひとくち。もちろんアチアチで、ふっくらした身と粗挽きの衣のバランスがとても良いのである。次にしょうがしょうゆを使ってみるが、しょうがのアクセントでまた違うあじふらいの世界。ぽんずは酸味が入って味変を楽しんでいく。
先行2貫を完食し、お漬物を愉しみ、後攻2貫が登壇する。同じようにゆっくりと味わいながら(幸せを噛み締めるように)食べ進める。
とても贅沢で満足度の高いあじふらいである。
アジカツに出会えるチャンスを夢にみながら、振る舞って頂いた謝辞を添えて、お店を後にした。
