急遽都城で2泊目することに。ホテルを取るのに一苦労。みんな意外と動いてるなあ。都城駅前に出るか、牟田町に出るかで迷いましたが、牟田町にしました。
我が家に久しぶりの再訪。するとなんと牛レバ刺しをやってました。厚労省のお墨付きだそうで。低温加熱処理したレバーの芯の部分だけを使っているのだそうです。コストかかってんなあ。食べ方は塩+ごま油とニンニク醤油の2通り。どっちもウンマイです。
久々でしたけど変わらずの美味しさでした。ご馳走様でした。
