そして、料理が楽しくて楽しくて仕方ない、という思いがビシバシ伝わってくる店主の雰囲気と所作。
拝見しているこちらまで、楽しくなってしまいました(((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))
場所は、某美味しいカレー屋さん(〇なシュラン!?)のお隣り、路地を1本入ったところにひっそりと佇んでおります。
カレー屋さん、お蕎麦屋さんと並んでいますが、それまでの通りの雰囲気を崩すことなく、しかし入ってみると新進気鋭のイノベーティブ・フュージョンという。
完全に街に溶け込んでいながらも、知る人ぞ知る名店と言って良いかと思います。
今回いただいたもので忘れられないのは赤貝。
その美味しさに昇天してしまいました。。

店内はカウンターのみでL字型の配置。
私達が座った席は、横一列見事に同業者w(時折耳に入ってくる会話で直ぐに分かります)
それに対してエル字に曲がったお隣りは接待中で…今どきこんな昭和チックな社長がいるものだと、連れと目配せしながらちょっと残念な雰囲気に。
これはお店のせいではありませんが、お客さんの質ってあると思うので、そこだけがマイナス要因でした。
精妙な味付け、かつ、八方無敵の美味しさに心震えるお店にあっては、特に恭しくいただきたいものですね。
