凛とした店内にもかかわらず、和やかなホワリとした心地よさを感じるのは、やはり大将のお人柄ゆえなのだと、この日確信いたしました。
「真剣にはなっても深刻にはならない」
心を動かされるお店の店主に、共通している概念かなと、勝手に思っております。
そんな村上氏の、美しく正統派なお鮨で、身も心も清められたような時間を過ごしました。
