静岡・青葉横丁
昨年3月に予約なしで伺ったら満席のため断念した予約必須店です。
今回は「ふもとっぱら」日程に組み入れてのリベンジとなりました
ので、1ヵ月前にシッカリと予約しました。
予約時間ピッタリに暖簾をくぐると先客2組4人が既にスタート。
おでん前を陣取っていましたので対面に陣地を構えてリベンジの
スタートです。(笑)

※席からおでんメニューが見えなかったので値段は不明です。
静岡おでんは濃口醤油を使う事からおでん汁は黒くなりますが
見た目と違い塩味は弱く、継ぎ足し継ぎ足し使うおでん汁には
さまざまな具材の旨味が汁に溶け出し複雑な旨み重なっている
そうです。
以前、別のお店で頂いたおでんとは旨みの感じ方が違ったので
この辺が人気の理由なのでしょうね。
おでんにだし粉をパラパラを振って頂くと、心の中で”旨い”を
連呼しながら、静岡割りで流し込む至福の連鎖を楽しめます。
こちらのお店は営業時間が17時~21時で2時間制で2回転する
ようで、19時前に清算して次の予約客と入替えとなりました。
おでんの他にもフライ物や焼き物もあり、メニューが豊富なので
1~2回の利用では満足できそうにないので、再訪決定ですね。
