三重で30年おでん屋さんをやっていて、4年前に東京に出てきたみたいです。
一番最初に出てくるおでんの出汁を1口いただくと、その奥深い歴史を感じられます、関西では割とスタンダードなコロというクジラの脂身から出る出汁が旨味に深みをもたらしている。
