クリスマスと誕生日を兼ねて此方へお誘い
頂きました。場所は都営新宿線曙橋駅のA4
出口を出て右方向、曙橋をくぐり最初の信号
合羽坂下の2~3軒手前右側です。新宿方面
からですと、市ヶ谷防衛省方向に靖国通りを
進行して、曙橋をくぐった少し先右手になり
ます。
【店内、料理、感想】
のれんをくぐり店内に入ると、カウンター8
席と4人掛けのテーブルが一つ、全12席の
小さなお店でした。店主の原正太郎さんの名
前から”はらまさ”だそうです。カウンター内
の店主と息の合った女性スタッフが笑顔で迎
えてくださり、荷物が多く場所をとらせてし
まいましたが、とても親切にして頂きました。
まずは生ビールを注文、店内を見渡すと丁度
この位の広さが目が行き届くのかもしれない
ですね。店主の人柄もあってか雰囲気はアッ
トホームで初めてですが意外と落ち着きます。
料理はおまかせ、素材を生かした上品な味付
けもあれば、スモークした素材を揚げたもの
や、出汁のいい香りを味わえるもの、お刺身
と薬味をを海苔で巻き、肝醤油でいただくな
ど盛り沢山、香箱ガニと雲丹の甲羅焼を食べ
終わった甲羅に熱燗入れたらどうかな?って
連れと話をしていたら入れて下さいました。
どれも大変美味しかったですが、特に印象に
残ったのは、フグの白子焼が濃厚、久しぶり
に食べた黒ムツ、人生初のトリュフ、燻製し
た鰻の唐揚げです。海老芋も美味しかった。
飲み物も進み、赤ワインのボトルを空け、辛
口の日本酒も頂き、超ご機嫌でした。自分に
とってはお気軽に伺えるお値段ではないです
けど、またぜひ伺いたいと思います。御馳走
様でした。
