やっと訪問しました
西田さんは、4月に閉店した私の愛する「中島町倶楽部」の立ち上げに参画されていて、前身の「手島邸」にいらした方
更には、たん熊で修行されてるとなれば
絶対私の嗜好に合うはずなんです
この日は12時オープンの15分も前に着いてしまいましたがカウンターに案内頂き、暑い日でしたのでハイボール飲みながら開店準備を眺めていました
ぎりぎりまで開けないお店が多い中、ありがたかったです
また、一斉スタートではなく、お客さまの時間に合わせるのですね
この日はカウンター、個室共満席、皆さんバラバラの始まりのようでしたが、
「一斉スタートの方が楽ではありますがお客さまサービス優先ですね」と仰ってました
夜は高いから(笑)

素晴らしい

お昼の鰻コース(6000円?)でひとり鰻1尾いただけるそうです
個室の方の鰻を炭火焼してるの見て、いつものように「私も食べた~い」ってお願い(笑)
下手な鰻やよりずっと美味しい

偶々カウンターにいらしてた知合いの料理人さんが、私がこんなにご飯食べるの珍しい!って言ってたけど、本当に美味しかったと

お酒は、先ずは竹鶴ハイボールから、東北地方の日本酒をお任せでいただきました
いやぁ~~大満足でした
確かにコスパ的にはちょっと高いけど、
食材への拘りはスゴいし
季節毎には通いたい
ガチで私好みの味
皆さん接客も素晴らしく
本当に居心地の良いお店でした
初めて伺ったとは思えないくらい
