東京の娘の家に数日お泊まり
良いお店があるからって
連れてきてもらいました
家から遠いの

あんまり行ったことない場所
娘の家から一時間ほど電車乗り継いで
なんだか娘夫婦は嬉しそう
お気に入りのお店に私を連れて行くのがね❣️

お酒はお任せ
白、オレンジ、赤と飲みます
娘もこの日は少し飲んで
婿ちゃんはシャンパンだけ飲んで
コース料理です

生のマナガツオに山椒ソース
新鮮なマナガツオ、生で食べたの初めてかも
美味しい〜って声が出ました
エビ団子みたいなのにスープたっぷり
お皿舐めるように飲み干して
うまーーい
鱒はカリッと焼いて香ばしくて
鮎のコンフィすごい❣️
岐阜の鮎はめちゃ大きくて
160°の油に漬けて1日オープンで焼いて
それを取り出してカリッと焼いて
パリッとした皮にヨーグルトソース
コースでは半身なのですが
鮎好きの私のために
娘が一尾予約してくれ堪能しました
パスタは2種類
冷戦パスタはアルデンテ
毛蟹と夏野菜で会えて
ピッタリ最高の固さでした

メインは北海道のエゾシカ
ブルーベリー、ハスカップなどのソースで
エゾシカはキメが細かくてソフト
すごく美味しい
デザートは2種類から選びます
娘は見て文旦シャーベット
私と婿ちゃんは
チョコレートタルトとバナナアイス
チョコとバナナって合うんだよね
最後にはハーブティー
堪能しました
全てがシンプルで美味しくて
素材も素晴らしくて
特にオレンジワインがお気に入り
赤ワインも美味しかったなぁ
野菜が美味しくて尋ねると
九州の野菜農場の契約とか
マスターさんは九州出身だからかな❓
雲仙のshinさんとも繋がりがあるようでした
娘の家から遠いけど
また必ず行きます
帰ってインスタチェックしたら
何と‼️友達がこのお店を数名フォローしてた
東京だけでなく関西の友達もね
