小淵沢エリアでゆったりと食事をしたい時は、こちらの蕎麦 Hajimeが一番
リゾナーレ小淵沢の近所ではあるが、とても静かで緑に囲まれ、
内装、家具、皿は、シンプルなモダン系で、店内の大きな窓から美しい景色を眺められ、落ち着いた感じがとても良い
料理はお任せのコースのみ>その内容も、「蕎麦×フレンチ」(シャレたコース料理の〆に蕎麦を頂く流れ、「フレンチ」といっても、フレンチ寄りな和食な感じ)
拠って、いわゆる「蕎麦屋」ではない
ランチは2部制(11:30~と13:30~)で、コースは3,300円と6,600円の2種(+おススメ食材の追加(大体2種類)、〆の蕎麦にて、追加料金は発生あり)
席数はテーブルは4つ程度
ほぼ予約客のみ(週末は予約取りにくい)
ランチコースは、本来は非常にコスパ高いのだが…
久々だった故、6,600円方のコースお願いして、且つオススメのホワイトアスパラと岩牡蠣を頼んで、追加の蕎麦もいったら、昼飯で一人イチマンオーバーで、ちょいやり過ぎた笑
高級食材に拘りなければ、3,300円のコースにして、おススメ食材の料理と〆の蕎麦の追加(計3杯になるけど笑)するのが、ベターかも
然しながら、久々のハジメは、やっぱり美味かった!
