料理だけでなく、よく考えられた酒のペアリングの構成も素晴らしく、個人的には、フカヒレよりもペアリングの方が必須かなーと
雑多でゴチャゴチャした大船にあるとは思えない落ち着いた雰囲気で、畏まらずにカジュアルに、ゆったりと食事できる事、何も考えず、料理とお酒もおまかせで、素晴らしい食事が適正な価格で堪能できる事が抜群に良い
