事前に写真とか見てテンション上がっても、実家に行ってみると現実とは違うことが珍しくないコウジです^^
この日は、仕事の早上がり。
前々から温め続けてた、ねぎ焼の超有名店へ。
ランチギリギリの訪問で、滑り込みセーフ。
(ランチ時は外待ち必至の雰囲気ムンムン)
やっぱり、すじねぎ焼(並・1400円税込)と生ビール(中・550円)を。
カウンター前の鉄板で調理が始まったけど、チラチラ見てたら、どんだけネギ盛るねんってぐらいどさっどさっと。

味はハーフ&ハーフで王道のソースとNo. 1オススメのマヨポンを。
ポン酢は提供されてから、卓上の鉄板の上でジャーっとが良いらしい。
あのネギマウンテンがこの厚みになってるのもびっくりやけど、食べたら、想像の遥か上を行く美味さ!
ネギ好きで、ココのねぎ焼嫌いって人がいたら会ってみたい^^
生地はふんわりやけど、ねぎの旨味たっぷり、柔らかい牛すじがいっぱい入ったねぎ焼は、サイコーです♡
(某ねぎ焼チェーンとは比べもんならんし、大阪最強やろ??)
