主人がOMAKASEで空席を見つけて急遽予約をさせていただきました。
テレビでもお見掛けする食べログGoldの「銀座しのはら」さん。
まさか私なんかが足を運べるお店ではないと思っていましたが、チャンスは思いがけないところでやってくるものです。棚ぼた・・・です!(^^)!
朝からしのはらさんへの訪問のプレッシャーで胃痛になる…
それほど緊張をしながら17時に訪問しました。
入口で手の消毒と検温をし入店です。
店内はL字カウンターで11席ありました。明るくて清潔感のあるお店です。
メニューは「おまかせコース26,000円」一種類のみなのかな。
大将がお料理の紹介をしてくださった後、板前さん全員で「どーぞ!」の号令。すべてのお料理をお客さん11人一斉に食べ始めるスタイルです。

上品な甘味です
八寸あたりで腹八分に到達(笑)
決して一品一品大盛りではなく品良く盛られているのですが、緊張というプレッシャーで胸と胃がいっぱいになりました。主人に分け与えながらなんとか最後まで完食。
しかし、どれもこれも美しい芸術アートな料理の数々。
八寸の器というか盛り付けは他の店では見たことのない演出です。日本料理の舞台を見ているようでした。
日本料理の素晴らしさを改めて感じさせてくださるお料理でした。
これだけの知名度のあるお店でありながら、店主は気さくな方で、常連の方にはもちろん一見の私たちにも心地よい雰囲気でご対応くださり明るく会話をしてくださいました。
お話を聞くところ店主はおん年40歳。とてもお若い。一代でミシュラン二つ星のお店を構えるのは天賦の才なのでしょう。お見事です。
お見送りも店主さん自らエレベーターまでいらしてくださいました。終始心のこもったおもてなしを感じました。
