3週間ほど前から予約していきました。
当日でもタイミングによっては予約なしで来店している方もいました。
予約してからずっと楽しみにしていた松寿司さん。

絶妙な酢の加減で酒がすすむ!いくつでも食べられます。
◆牡蠣
醤油と酒で漬け込んだらしいのですが素材を活かしつつもしっかりとした味。
◆カワハギの肝のせ
肝と身の相性抜群!松寿司さん、何食べても美味しい!
◆あん肝
あん肝と奈良漬を混ぜてあるのですが、奈良漬のクセが全く感じられずあん肝と良い相性でした。奈良漬が苦手な私も美味しく、むしろいくらでも食べれそう。
おいしい日本酒も多いのでついつい頼んでしまいます。
◆太刀魚の塩焼き
身が分厚く脂もかなり乗っていておいしい
◆造り(トロ、しめサバ、真鯛)
しめサバの締め具合浅めでめちゃくちゃ好きです。
◆にぎり
・本マグロ…身が甘く感じ、口の中でとろける。でもしつこくない。絶妙なバランス
・真鯛…脂もたっぷり身も厚く美味
・煮蛤…味付けが甘すぎず絶妙。触感も良く見た目もきれい。
・土瓶蒸し…途中で出てきました。今年初土瓶蒸し。松茸たっぷりやさしいお味
・新物の筋子…いくらご飯で出てきたので何杯でも食べちゃいたくなりますね
・雲丹…本当にいい雲丹。北海道の雲丹むらかみを思い出しました。
・烏賊…なめらかな舌触りであっさりしていて美味しい
・鮪ヅケ…甘さはなく好きなヅケ
・トロ…脂たっぷり、1貫目より脂が多く美味
・コハダ…これもいい酢加減
・生鳥貝…先ほどの煮蛤といいこの鳥貝といい松寿司さんの貝美味しい!追加で赤貝を頼むことを決めました。
・鰤…脂がのっているものの、のりすぎずしつこくない。これくらいのバランスが一番好き。
・シラサエビ…肉厚でサッパリした味
・蒸し穴子…ふわふわ
・トロたく…これも本当に美味しい。
追加
・赤貝…見た目もきれい!味もやはり美味!追加して正解でした。
・鰯…鰯巻きが忘れられず追加。やはりたっぷり脂がのっていて美味しい

・シラサエビ
・トロ
美味しすぎておかわりもいっぱいしてしまいました。
地元の方も遠くから足を運ぶ方も多くいらっしゃるようで、みんなに愛されている漢字が伝わってきました。
これだけおいしく色々楽しめたので納得です。
おなかいっぱいで満足でした。
