純系名古屋コーチンがレアで食べられる焼鳥屋さん。
間違いなく過去一で美味しかった。焼鳥でこんなに感動する日がくるとは思わなんだ。
名古屋コーチンて、良く言えば弾力が強い、悪く言えば固いってイメージだったけど、ここのは「弾力があって柔らかい」。
焼き加減の問題なのかな?名古屋コーチンの特徴である弾力を残しつつ、レアだからしっとりシルキー。
この2つは対極だと思ってたけど、共存できると初めて知りました。
その中でも特に感動したのは、美味しかった順で①肝、②月見つくね、③ハツ、④ 胸肉とアボカドとトマトのオリーブオイル和え
肝〜
肝はもう断トツ。舌触りが全然違う。
なめらかなんてもんじゃないの、口ごとトロけてなくなっちゃうかと思った。
冗談抜きで10本は食べたい美味すぎる。
月見つくね〜
つくねでレアって珍しい気がする。
これまたしっとりで美味いんだ、、
変に歯応えある固いつくねよくあるけど、これくらい柔らかくていいのよ。
あえて甘辛タレにせず、甘みの強い醤油タレってのも良かった。
ハツ〜
またまたレアが際立ってますね〜しっとりプリっと美味しかった!
なんでこれだけ3個しか付いてないんだ美味いのに。
なんかずっと同じオノマトペ使ってる語彙力なくて恥ずかしい。
胸肉とアボカドとトマトのオリーブオイル和え〜
前菜までおいしいです。
全くパサつきのないしっとり(n回目)した胸肉、これとアボカドを合わせればなめらかすぎて舌が大喜びです。
トマトのおかげでまったりしすぎずサッパリ食べられるのも有難い。
砂肝〜
ランクインはしてないけど、これ独特の香りして美味しかったんだよな〜何の香りなんだろう?
