日曜日、11時の開店時間ジャストに到着
お店に入るとカウンターは満席
小上がりは、6席のうち1席は先客2名が座っていました。そうこうしているうちに満席、さすが人気店
頂いたのは、味付けラム肩ロース(2人前)とジンギスカン特上(1人前)それに定食ではなくライスを注文。
他にもサガリやカルビ、ホルモンなど焼肉屋さんにあるメニューはありますが、私達はジンギスカンオンリー
このジンギスカンをロースターで焼く方が、ちょっと香ばしくなるので良いよね、家ではできない食べ方
味付けラム肩ロースは、これぞ味付けジンギスカンと言ったら風格。ロースターで焼いてちょっと焦げた感じが最高です。
ジンギスカン特上は肩ロース、これを焼いて、特製タレに付けて食べます。この特製タレは薄めなんですが、ほんのりジンギスカンに風味が付く感じ、これがラムの旨みを最大限に引き出せる限界値、肉の旨みが楽しめます。
帰りの時には、外に行列ができていました
また食べたいジンギスカンです
