遅めの新年会を「ホテルナトゥールヴァルト富良野」で行いました。富良野市近郊のホテルではハイクオリティでコストパフォーマンスは一番だと思います。

前菜 : 季節の野菜と生ハムのサラダ仕立て
お造り : 本日のお造り4種盛り(サーモン・タコ・ツブ・エビ)、マグロかぶと焼きと中オチ付き
スープ : きのこと魚貝のパイ包み焼き
中華料理 : 海老とホタテのマヨネーズ和え
本日の魚料理 : ぶりの柚庵焼 季節の野菜添え
本日の肉料理 : 富良野和牛のステーキ インカの目覚めのチーズ焼き添え
食事 : 鯛めし (吸地付き)
椀・香の物 : 本日の浜汁・自家製漬物
デザート : 自家製プリン リンゴのコンポート フルーツ添え
特にマグロの中落ちは中骨に沿ってスプーンで身をこそげ取り、醤油とワサビとで食べると何とも幸せな気持ちになってきます!
そしてお米、野菜、お肉、魚介とどれも素材の良さを十分に引き出した料理の数々!特に内陸部の富良野でこのクオリティの魚介は素晴らしいの一語!仕入の素晴らしさに脱帽です!
宿泊も女性やファミリーユースに人気のホテルだそうで、朝食バイキングは特に良いとのことです。次回はぜひ泊まってみたいです。ごちそうさまでした♪♪♪
