浦和から大宮に移転し、行きにくくなってしまった「うりんぼう」
時刻は17時半。
1人目のお客で、気分はさながら「ただいま」です。そのくらい居心地の良さがあります。
気さくな女将の前に座り、まずはジンジャービアで健康的にエンジンを温めます。
日本酒は悩みながら、菊泉から。中口でどんな料理にも合います。(何かほのかな香りがしますが、日本酒に詳しいわけでもないので、謎の香りも「うん、美味い」だけです。)
升川のしぼりたて純米酒は、米の旨味を味わえます。
気に入ったのが、寒梅の試験醸造酒。すぐにでも商品化していただきたいです。旨味、華やかさがあり、夜にしっぽりと日本酒だけで楽しみたいですね。埼玉の日本酒ってスゴイ!
料理はお通しからこだわりが詰まってます。みりんの酒粕というなかなか出会わない食材とクリームチーズがマッチ。手作りマヨネーズなど、健康的で美味しい料理の数々。どれも日本酒に合います。
グラスや器もキレイで、ゆったりと幸せな時間を過ごせました。ごちそうさまでした。
