東横線武蔵小杉徒歩3分の焼肉チョモランマ。
二人で訪れたのは土曜日の夕方７時前でした。
駅近とはいえテナントビルの６階で、看板も決して目立ってはいないのですが、
広い店内は既にほぼ満席で活気に溢れていました。
女性だけの来店も数組あり、常連客が多い印象です。
飲み物はそれぞれお得なメガ盛りと言うのを選べるので、
試しに赤のグラスワインを注文してみたところ、
なんとデキャンタならぬヤカンに入って運ばれて来てびっくり。
グラスに3杯以上入って超お得!
ホール係の男性からオススメ料理の紹介があり、
最初にお店の名物厚肉のチョモランマ盛りのハーフサイズとホルモン盛り合わせを
サンチェ、ナムルと共にオーダー。
ほどなく板に載った肉の塊りが出て来ました。
焼肉と言うより肉厚のステーキかBBQを豪快に楽しむ感じですね。
チョモランマ盛りはタン、ハラミ、ヒレのセット。
肉の塊りに万遍なく火を通すのに少々時間がかかるので、
ホルモンを同時に焼いて行くのが正解かも。
肉はどれも柔らかくて美味しく大満足。
もう一皿、上肉和牛ハラミを追加してから、
シメに牛テールの旨辛ちゃんぽんを頂きました。
これがまた絶品で、食べずに帰るのは勿体ない位。
ピリ辛濃厚スープが忘れられません。
