北九州に来たからには寿司も食べずには帰れない!
以前から気になっていたこのお店に伺いました。
今回は、特上十貫にぎりと吟醸酒を注文。
最初にいただいた付け出しの後、イカから順に握っていただきました。
イカは、柚子の香りがほんのり漂い、赤酢との相性も良く、さっぱりとした味わい。
その後もテンポよく次の握りが出され、写真の順に楽しむことができました。
どれも美味しかったですが、特に印象的だったのはノドグロの炙り。
香ばしい炙りの香りと脂ののった旨味のバランスの良さ、思わずお代わりをお願いしてしまいました。
吟醸酒はしっかりとした味わいで、お寿司との相性も意外と良く、食事を引き立ててくれます。
板前さんは若く、気さくで感じの良い方だったので、楽しく食事を楽いただけました。
満足度の高い時間でした。
