非常に有名な店も含め、たくさんのスープカレーのお店に行ったことがありますが、妻と私はここが北海道で一番だという結論に至りました。エビ風味のスープカレーを注文し、ハンバーグとたくさんの野菜を追加しました。スープカレーの味は複雑で、エビの風味が加わっているせいか非常に強い香りがあり、ただただやみつきになります。ハンバーグと野菜ももちろん美味しく、北海道の食材を使っているので間違いありません。スープを全部飲み干す人が多いのは知っていますが、私は普段スープが重すぎると感じるので、今回が文字通り初めてです。函館にまた行くことがあれば、間違いなくまた来ます。
