今宵は久々のお仕事でザ・会食。
定冠詞を付けますぜ!定冠詞の「The」を!
福岡市中央区は警固交差点近くの路地裏、ひっそりと佇む此方。
創業二十年以上、名前は耳にしたことはあったが伺うのは今回が初めてだ。

シンプルだけど素材の旨さを堪能でき、どれも良か良か!と舌鼓を打った。
これら贅沢なつまみに合わせた日本酒は「亀の翁」と「博多一本〆」。
旨いとしか言いようがないので、以下省略!
大将や女将さんの朗らかな人柄も良いつまみですな(←エラそーな発言でスミマセンw)。
またひとつ、福岡の美味しい思い出が心に刻まれた。
