久しぶりのお仕事絡みで夜の会食へ。
同僚にオススメ頂いた此方へワクワクドキドキの初訪問!
モダンな感じも合わさった店内、ご姉弟でお店を切り盛りされているそうだ。
おまかせコースでいただいて、ざっくりメモれたのは以下の通り。
・突き出し(じゅん菜の酢の物)
・刺身盛り合わせ(塩・ポン酢・醤油の三種の味を楽しめる)
・鯛のあら炊き
・鱈子の炙り
・茶碗蒸し
・握り10貫
・穴子とかんぴょう巻き
・お味噌汁
‥本当に美味しいモノには、もう言葉は要りませぬ。
因みに日本酒は冷酒で「鷹来屋」、「酔鯨」、「獺祭」をいただいた。勿論「美味しい」としか言えない!
月替わりは「梵」(だったと記憶している)をいただいた。これも良かった。
飲み易い純米吟醸がスイスイと喉を潤して行く。
うはははは、こうなると気分も高揚して高田総統のようになんでも「こいやーー!」状態になる。
宴席も盛り上がり、スバらしい一夜を過ごせた!
