暑い日が続くのにも関わらず美味しい天ぷらが食べたくなって半年ぶりにこちらへ。
以前はホールの女性と2人で営業していたが、今回はお弟子さん?も加わって3人。その際に伺った蕎麦屋さんで修行されていた方らしく、今回の〆は綺麗に盛り付けられたもり蕎麦。
大将は黙々と天ぷらに粉を振って、頃合いに揚がったらタイミング良く皿に置いてくれる。
話しかけると、控えめに応答してくれ特に愛想が良い訳でも無いが、無愛想ではなくてシャイな印象。
お客様の食べ進める様子をしっかりと確認している様子が伺える。
〆には先述した、喉越しも良く切れのあるお蕎麦をいただいて満足でした。お代わりもありますよ。とお気遣いありがとうございます。でも、今回は既にお腹が一杯でした。。。
