お世話になっている方を招く予定があったので、前回からの勢いでまたこちらを予約して訪問。
コース内容は前回と同じ上海蟹と海鮮のコース。
同行者が一皿一皿とても喜んでくれたので安心&満足した。
今回は白子の揚げたのに上海蟹の身と味噌をほぐしてソースにした一品が印象的だった。普段は好んで食べない白子も、調理によってこんなにも変わるのかと感心した。
また、最後の食事の麺と炒飯とチマキは全て選択出来て、食べ切れなかったチマキはお土産にしていただいた。
