去年も誕生日に竹内シェフの系列店にお邪魔したのですが、今年は本店でコースを予約しました。
柑橘の入った安納芋のスープから始まり、サワラのカルパッチョとぶり大根を模した炭火焼き。
どれも面白い味付けでとても美味しい。パスタは白子と小松菜(?)のトマトソース、リングイネだったかな。
トマトソースの酸味は抑えめで甘味が引き出されててとても美味しいです。
お肉は万葉牛のロースト。
いい感じのレアですね、付け合わせはマッシュルームとマッシュポテトを焼き固めたもの。フォンドボーのソースで。
食べ応えあります。
最後はフグとカブのリゾット。
これもしっかり美味しい、カブの食感がとても良いです!
ドルチェはアールグレイのパンナコッタと洋梨のコンポート、焼き菓子。
コーヒーと共に。
とても贅沢なひと時。
こちらのお店では関西のテレビでよく見かける竹内シェフが自ら厨房に立っていて、帰り際には外までお見送りに来てくれました。
味もサービスもよく、さすがミシュランビブグルマンに選ばれるお店ですね!
このクオリティでこの価格なら納得です!
