山牛蒡のシャキッと感ととろけるネギトロが絶妙
前菜類は茶碗蒸し、藁焼き、醤油漬けとバランスのいいセット 口当たり滑らかな冷製茶碗蒸しが特に美味しかったです
続いて天ぷら どれも薄衣でサクッと仕揚がっています
和牛サーロイン紫蘇巻き
噛むほど溢れる脂と紫蘇の清涼感 一切れで口中に旨味が広がります
ホクホクで優しい甘さの紅はるか
鱧と唐墨はふわっふわの鱧と削りて濃厚で程よい塩味の唐墨がよく合い美味しい
松笠赤甘鯛
パリッパリの鱗にふわふわなのにしっとりな身が最高
