この春に就職する長女の引越しの為、家族旅行を兼ねて久々に車で出かけて最初の食事です。
長女リクエストにより、徳島経由を避けて香川県を通るなら、せっかくだから「讃岐うどん」は食べたい!
こちら、津田の松原サービスエリア下り線の『あなぶき家』さんでどうやら食べられるらしいとの事で、立ち寄りました。
食堂スペースの右奥に並ぶ様子。
最初は二、三組でしたが、我々が注文終えると長蛇の列に!危なかった(^◇^;)
注文時に「すいません、釜あげ以外は5分くらいかかるんですけど、、、」との事。
「いや!望むところじゃろがい!」と言う気分で、ワイフと2人分で釜玉を二玉でオーダー(о´∀`о)
骨付き鳥おにぎりも美味しそうに並んでたので一個頂きます。
支払い時のレジ位置にスタッフさんが不在だったので、少しだけ不安を覚えましたが、オールオッケーッ!!
なぜなら、サービスエリアなのにこんなに美味しい讃岐うどんが食べられたのだから!
ネギや天かすなど、セルフで加えて自分好みのスタイルで頂けるのも讃岐うどんの流儀ですかね。
やはりコシが強くて私の好み!
玉子でまろやかにも頂けて、ご馳走様でした!
