冬メニューに変わったとのことで訪店。
しまった!秋に来るの忘れていたなぁ。。。
12月初旬の土曜日、17時50分くらいに訪店。
当然、予約しているので席は確保されている。
やはり串揚げはカウンターで食うのが美味いね!
今日もオレは15本、ツレは12本をオーダーした。
さて、冬のメニューの串揚げ。如何に。。。
●アルコール
・瓶ビール×1本
キリンクラシックラガー
好きなやつ。
・角ハイボール×8(2人でです。)
いつもの強炭酸で濃さは黄金比より少し濃い目。美味いやつ。
・ホッピーセット(白)×1
・中×2と、まぁまぁの酒の量。
●串揚げ(冬の創作串揚げコース)
・セットの野菜スティック
・海老の紫蘇巻き
どの季節も定番メニュー「塩」で
・豚ひれ→同上「ソース」で
・風呂吹き大根→そのまま。
・牡蠣が食えないので鱚に変更
タルタルにネギだく。美味い。
・合鴨ロースと白葱→そのまま。
・アスパラガスの一本揚げ→ド定番。そのまま。
・鱈と小松菜→そのままで。
・ブロッコリーのリゾット→そのままリゾットの味。
・牛さがりローストビーフ風
これもそのままで。だけど塩を少々。。
・蓮根の明太子詰め→塩で美味い。
・三つ葉のカレイ巻き→塩で
・豆腐の春巻き→塩で
・白菜の肉巻き柚子餡掛け→そのまま美味い
・牛肉すき焼き→まんますき焼き。そのまま。
・カマンベールチーズフランボワーズ→デザート串揚げ、そのままで。
ここにじゃこおろしと、枝豆追加!
いやー!久しぶりに食ったけどやっぱり美味かった!
これだけ食って飲んで ¥7,000/人ちょっと。
ごちそうさまでした。
春に再訪したいなあ。。
