新年会で利用させていただきました。
今回は4名で訪問です。
まずは美味しいビールで乾杯。
おさ亭さんでは絶対に外せない合鴨レバーのお刺身!
ハツも入ってプリプリです。
おつまみをいろいろいただいている間に鴨の脂が仕上がってきていい感じです。
春菊がどんどん進みます。
次は日本酒に切り替えます。
あっという間にお酒も鍋も進んで楽しい宴となりました。
