大阪本町駅近くにある、スペイン・バスク料理屋さん。
関西万博のスペインパビリオン内でレストランを出店されていたようです。
それを知ってぜひ行ってみたいと思い、ランチコース5500円を予約して伺いました。
スペイン料理をあまり食べなれていないのですが、「え、こんなに美味しいの?」というような料理が続きました。
つきだしのピンチョスからデザートまでの全7皿。
ペアリングをお願いしましたが、ワインはスペインの珍しいものや、あさりごはんに合わせたシェリー酒だったり、リキュール等、普段あまり飲む機会のないものばかりでとても楽しかった!
素晴らしい休日のランチになりました。
