オープンキッチンでカウンター席だと目の前でお料理してるのを拝見できます
とにかくチームタケウチのお料理は味と盛り付けがとにかく繊細
特に竹内シェフが小さい箸を使いお料理の飾り付けをしてる時は時計職人に見えてしまいますね
そして竹内シェフ以外の料理人の方々も手際良く流れる様にお料理を仕上げていきます
この連携プレイでハイレベルなお料理が完成するのですね
お味も素晴らしいので、かなりオススメするお店です
