約一年ぶりです
久しぶりなので、入店時は不安でしたが、顔を見るなり、笑顔でお迎え頂きました
こちらはお鮨までのつまみが特に秀逸で楽しみの一つ
白菜のすり流しから
白菜の様で白菜ではない、馴染みの深いお野菜をこんな感じで口にするのは新鮮
そして美味い
お鮨もどれも美味しい
アオリイカは、小さく刻んで丸く固めてシャリへ
口に入れると解けて口いっぱいにねっとりした風味が覆います
一貫目でやられました
ウニは、たっぷりで食べまごたえあり
ぶりトロは口で溶けます
お昼の営業は満席の事が多いそうで、以前はお一人でしたが、お若い方が増えていました
この日も満席
予約をお勧めします
初めて行った時に、人気店になると予想しましたが、どうやらその通りになった様です
