8月に予約をしてましたが、お店の諸事情により10月に初訪問となりました。
先ずは北嶋さんのお人柄が素晴らしいです。
柔らかい言葉遣いにユーモア溢れ、初見の私も居心地よく過ごせました。
お弟子さんに対しての接し方も優しく的確なアドバイス。
お弟子さんの一生懸命さも伝わり、こちらも応援したくなりました(^-^)
此の地でしか味合うことができない素材。
美味しくいただきました。
2025年1月には本営業ができるようなので、1月が楽しみです(^-^)
