初めての高級寿司 ちょっと以前に知りましたが なかなか伺う機会がなかったのですが従兄弟が福岡に住んでることが判り一緒に お邪魔することとなりました

初めての高級寿司で雰囲気に圧倒され緊張しました
若い大将に若い女将で ちょっとほっこりもするかも
シャリは赤酢で 好き嫌いがあるでしょうが 私は 正直普通のシャリでお醤油浸けてが良いかな?
魚は産地や名前に拘らず 良い魚を市場で仕入れると
酒も同じく 銘柄の而今や作もありましたが 全く知らない けど美味しいお酒もいただけました
