お昼に訪問。久しぶりのラ・マーレです。
シェフのおまかせコースを楽しみました。
シェフのアミューズは3品。可愛い小さなパンケーキの上に具材の載ったものと白エビの素揚げは片手で頂き、キュウリをすり潰し海の幸をのせたクリーミーな一品はスプーンで頂きました。
次は水茄子の上に太刀魚を乗せてジェルのソースに無花果を乗せたもの。縦にカットしカラスミをつけて食べると、口の中で各々の味が引き立て合い美味しさが増します。プラス無花果を乗せてみたら、無花果の甘味が加わり、美味しさが増し増し。
お次は鮎のコンフィを湯葉で巻いたもの。中骨を燻製し素揚げしたものと肝ソースが添えてあり、写真を撮るのも忘れてカット(写真が汚くてすみません)。コンフィだけでも美味しいのに、シェフの知恵に脱帽。勿論燻製し揚げた中骨はポリポリと絶品でした。
次はスープと思いきやスッポンリゾットを軽く揚げて、その上から美味しい熱々のコンソメを食べる前に注いだ一品。和と洋のハーモニーでしょうか。美味しい+美味しい=とっても美味しい。
まだまだ続くコースの魚料理は鎌倉海老。伊勢海老ですけどね、とお店の人のお話し。料理の仕方もあるのでしょうが、海老の甘さ引き立つ海老味噌香る一品に少々食べづらさはありましたがあっという間に完食。
最後のサーロインステーキは柔らかく甘いジューシーさで、期待通りの味でした。
スペシャルデザート2品を一つづつ頂き、半分ずつ楽しみ、締めのコーヒーとシェフのプレゼント(チョコとピーカンナッツとマシュマロ)でお腹いっぱい、満足度100%。
葉山のランチは海あり、江ノ島あり。お洒落なラ・マーレのひと時は大学時代から今までの思い出が蘇り、
楽しい時間となりました。創業45年との事で懐かしさと、これからも美味しさと心地良い空間の提供を心からお願いしたいと思いました。ご馳走様でした。
