食べ友の集いにお誘いいただき訪れました。
1年ぶりくらいかな。
ガラムマサラがすごいのは、くるたびに進化しているところ。前は、カレーと梅やレモンの共演に度肝を抜かれましたが、今回は山葵!!
スパイスのガラムマサラと山葵がコラボ!
意外や意外、合う。辛味系旨味がより複雑に、味わい深くなるイメージ。たまに、ラッシー必須の超辛な1品があったりするのもご愛嬌。
(私は辛いの苦手。なので平気な人は全然平気)
どれも美味しいのですが、
定番の骨付きのラムは、私の中のラムの概念を変えてくれた逸品。口にした瞬間に、思わずにっこり。
そしてそして、このビリヤニ!!!!
名店といわれるお店のビリヤニは結構いただきましたが、これ、最高。このままはもちろんカレーをかけても、たまらなく美味。
この手のいわば炊き込みというか蒸し込みご飯というかは、炊き立てをすぐにいただかないとダメなわけですが、こちらでは当然に炊き立てが出てきます。米の形にも注目ですね。
あー、大満足。
こんなビリヤニをいただけてなんて幸せ。
またビリヤニ食べたい。
